A.G.A. Distribution Specialists, Inc. is the parent company of ASE Supply and Thermo By Products

A.S.E. Supply was founded in January of 1963 as an offshoot of Tracey Company, an automotive and small engine parts distributor begun in 1920. A.S.E. was purchased by Sandy Ayers in October of 1980, when it became part of A.G.A. Distribution Specialists.

Thermo By Products was established by Brent Grabinger in April of 1993 as a reseller of aftermarket compressor, engine and electrical components for ThermoKing refrigeration units used on semi-trailers.
